LULAC 4871 President Jesse Garcia (in the blue shirt) gave a talk
at the Gay-Straight Alliance Summit at Youth First Texas on April 4.
He talked about the coming out process from a Hispanic
point-of-view and talked about the work of LULAC. Youth First
Texas helps provide resources to LGBTQ Teens in North Texas.
The Dallas Rainbow Council collected 100 pies to feed
